PracticeMeter prompts users to log what was practiced, allowing for organization of sessions into distinct categories: Fundamentals and Goals while effectively tracking the duration of each practice.

Fundamentals
Fundamentals refer to essential skills cultivated on a daily basis. These may include specific warm-up routines tailored to the user's discipline. For musicians, breathing techniques, long tones, and scales are common examples; athletes might incorporate stretches and strength training exercises. Users focusing on mindfulness might integrate meditation practices into this category. The ability to archive Fundamentals is available, promoting a focus on only those areas currently prioritized for improvement.

Goals
Goals represent specific projects in progress, enhanced by a visual progress bar that allows for self-assessment. Consistent engagement with Goals cultivates visible advancement towards completion, with Goals being removed from daily routines upon achieving 100%, subsequently logged under Completed Goals.

Time Management
The application defaults to a practice time goal of 120 minutes per day; however, users have the flexibility to customize their target duration in settings.

Accomplishments
Each day of dedicated practice leads to various accomplishments. These could range from achieving a perfect week by meeting time goals to practicing all Fundamentals and making strides toward Goals consistently. PracticeMeter diligently tracks users' Streaks and offers recognition for completing multiple perfect weeks as well as significant long-term accomplishments based on total practice time.

Reports
The Reports feature logs practice sessions with organized records by day, allowing users to annotate notes and share statistics via text or email. A weekly overview of practice time is available, and in instances where users forget to start the timer, PracticeMeter allows manual entry of practice time through simple gestures.

Widgets and Apple Watch Integration
With the introduction of Home Screen Widgets in iOS 14, PracticeMeter provides various widget formats to track daily progress effortlessly.
